These terms govern your use of Velrance hardware terminals and associated subscription services. Purchasing or activating a device constitutes your agreement to these terms.

Limitations & Disclaimer: Velrance devices are designed for auxiliary emergency communication in extreme environments. Given the force majeure of cellular/satellite signals and physical environments, we cannot legally guarantee a 100% delivery rate. This device is not a complete substitute for professional medical or aviation-grade life-saving beacons.

Acceptable Use: It is strictly prohibited to use this platform and hardware for any activities violating Dutch laws or the local laws of the user's country. We reserve the right to physically revoke the network public keys of nodes spamming or coordinating illegal acts.
